These terms govern your use of Spiritly. They are written plainly on purpose — you should be able to understand what you are agreeing to without a lawyer beside you.

Spiritly is a Christ-centered formation companion. It offers a daily reflective conversation guided by artificial intelligence, and in time, connection with others walking a similar road.

Spiritly's reflections are generated by an artificial intelligence model. It is often thoughtful. It is sometimes wrong.
Weigh what it offers. Bring anything significant to your church, your spiritual director, or someone you trust. Spiritly is a companion for reflection, not an authority on your life or your faith.
You must be eighteen or older. We ask for your date of birth to confirm this. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and their data deleted.
Founding membership costs ₱1,777 for one year, paid once, in advance. It includes:
Spiritly is still being built. We say so on every page for a reason. Features described as coming are genuine intentions, not guarantees of timing. If a feature never arrives, we will tell you plainly and discuss what is fair.
If Spiritly is not what you hoped, write to us within thirty days of joining and we will refund you in full, without argument. After thirty days we will consider requests case by case, in good faith.
Membership does not renew automatically. Nothing will be charged without you choosing to pay again.
Your reflections belong to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you write.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your reflections, to send them to our AI provider so a response can be generated, and to show them back to you. Nothing more.
We will never sell your reflections, use them for advertising, or show them to another user unless you explicitly choose to share something.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things. Where someone is put at risk, we will act immediately.
Spiritly is under active development. It may be unavailable, may change, and may contain faults. We will do our best to keep it running and to warn you before anything significant changes.
To the extent Philippine law allows, Spiritly is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may close an account that breaches these terms. If we do so without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your membership.
If we make a material change we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Spiritly afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall to the courts of Metro Manila.

One honest note. These terms were written by a founder rather than a law firm, and will be reviewed by a Philippine lawyer as Spiritly grows. They are written in good faith and mean exactly what they say. If anything here seems unfair to you, tell me — I would rather fix it than defend it.
